Cancellation & Refunds

Order cancellations and refunds are subject to the following:

• Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placement
• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days
• We may offer store credit or remake orders for quality issues
• Special dietary requests cannot guarantee complete allergen-free preparation
